Established in 1948, R.J. Holland Ltd. is a building contractor of repute, providing a highly professional building service for clients in both the private and public sector. This includes the successful delivery of a great variety of building works for local authorities, private investment/property development firms and high specification residential projects.

It is by working in pro-active partnership with our (end-user) clients, architects, specifiers and consultants that we are able to achieve the highest standard of works within agreed timescales and why 80% of our business is repeat business.

We operate predominantly in London and the Home Counties and have our own team of surveyors, carpenters, plumbers, electricians and decorators who provide quality workmanship, a professional service and a high level of expertise.

At R.J. Holland Ltd. we believe in investing in people, which is why we conduct an on-going programme of training involving all our staff. As a member of the Sustainable Building Association, environmental and conservation issues are taken into account in whatever we do.

We pride ourselves on our professional approach to projects and our understanding of our clients’ needs. We are able to tender from drawings, site visits, specifications or ‘Bills of Quantities’, and can provide technical information and advice where required.
